Copy of a Letter from Mr.G.Udny, Resident at Malda, to the Board of Trade, stating that the filature erected by him at Tannore as a temporary measure has proved usful, submitting two Accounts, and requesting that the cost of erecting the filature may be paid and that the structure may be paid and that the structure may be made permanent.
