Suggestion made by the Hon`ble Sir Syed Fazl Ali, Chief Justice of the Patna High Court for an amendment to the Govt., of India (High Court Judges) Order, 1937, so that the service of a High Court Judge appointed to act temporarily as a Judge of the Federal Court may be counted for pension. Decision that it is not necessary to amend the rules as, in practice, there is not likely to be any difficulty about the matter.
