Decision that the Kumbakonam Bank Ltd., Kumbakonam, should be granted a refund of all tax collected after the 1st April 1939 in respect of hte interest on the 3 % loan 1951-54 subscribed by it through conversion of 6.5 % of Treasury Bonds, 1935 and held in The Custody of A . G., Post & Telegraphy.
