Revival, with effect from the 1st November 1939, of the scheme introduced in the Indian Audit Department in 1937, and subsequently dropped as an economy measure, for the training of young clerks in each Accounts Office by an S.A.S. Accoutant. Sanction to the proposal in relaxation of the economy orders of 25th Oct 1938, that Accountants General should be permitted to fill vacancies in the grade of audit clerks caused by the previous suspension of the scheme.
