Burma, is or is not ultra vires of section 96 of the Government of India Act, 1919. Held that it is not and that the legal restrictions in the matter of holding of public office in Burma of British subjects domiciled in the United Kingdom or India or by subjects of Indian States will continue as valid under the Government of India Act, 1935.
