Decision that clasue (d) of 3 Rule 77 should be read with the provision of the proceding clauses, so that such portion of the Govt. servant`s military duty as, under the rules for the time being in force, count for pension sould be reckoned as duty for the calculation of the amount of leave to be credited under clause (b) of the Rule. Decision not to issue any General orders in the point whether, in cases where a portion of military service, which is allowed to count for Civil leave under clause (d), was rendered prior to the 24th July 1923, the proportion for the Calculation of the credit in respect of there portion of the twelth military service should be one-eight or one - twelth.
