All Account Officers asked to furnish, on or before the 18th July each year, information regarding the Financial prospects for that year and the approximate Actuals of Revenue and Expenditure for the previous year, to be communicated to the Secretary of State for presentation of India Budget to Parliament. Secretary of State furnished with information regarding the latest approximate Acutals for 1889-90 and the prospects for 1890-91.
