(1) Capital Revised Estimate of the Lucknow-Sitapur-Seramau Railway for 1890-91. (2) Refund by the Rohilkhand-Kumaon Railway Company of the expenditure incurred by the Government of the North-Western Provinces and Oudh on the five miles of railway beyond GolaGokarnath to be credited to Provincial Revenues. (3) Decision that refund of special expenditure met from Provincial Revenues should be credited to Provincial if the refund is made during the currency of the Contract during which the expenditure is incurred; otherwise, to Imperial.
