Decision to exempt Kerosine oil and motor spirit purchased direct from the producers or through their sole agents in India for military requirements from the excise duty leviable under Section 3 of the Motor Spirit (Duties) Act, 1917 and Section 5 of the Indian Finance Act, 1922.
