Importaion into the North-Western Provinces of large quantities of copper and silver coins of the Baroda State. Question of prohibiting the importation of Baroda silver coins into British India. Seizure at Bombay of large quantities of Baroda copper coin while in transit for exportation to Muskat. Question whether any further measures are necessary to prevent the importation of Baroda copper coin than those taken in 1893. Permission given to certain merchants in Berar to transport to Baroda the Baroda copper coins in their possession. Measures adopted by the Baroda State to withdraw the Siccai rupees current in portions of the State and to substitute Babasai rupees for them.
