Secretary of State`s decision on the Bombay Government`s appeal against the ruling of the Government of India in respect to the Local Government`s claim for compensation for the loss caused to Provincial Revenue by the transfer of the military works at certain stations in the Bombay Presidency from the Public Works to the Military Works Department.
