Complaint by the Consul General for Japan regarding the detaining by the censorship authorities at Calcutta of three telegrams Sent by the Japanese Consul at Rangoon to Jappan Via India. Attention of the Consuls-General for Japan and Iran drawn to the non-compliance of instructions issued by the Govt. of India in regard to sending of the telegrams.
