Extract from the proceedings of the Chief and Council at Fort Marlbro, dated the 17th February, containing an opinion of Mr.R.Broff to the effect that Mr.Braham cannot resume his seat on the Council at Fort Merlbro, but that he should be permitted to lay his case before the Supreme Board, and that his pay be continued till the decision of the latter is Known.
