Report that Mr. Raza Ali Mir Munshi of H.M.`s Consulate Kashgar has been carrying out a number of large financial transactions by selling Sinkiang currency against Indian Currency and United States Dollars. orders of H.M.`s consul Genl. kashgar Limiting remittances through the Gilgit Post Office to Rs. 100 per Month and that no U.S.A currencyy should be sent out.
