Supply to the various Accounts offices copies of the Supplementary F.F.I. Agreements entered into with Part B State. 2) C & A.G. informed that the Agreement id question were bilateral agreements between the Govt. of India and Part B States executed after protracted negotiations with them and that the detailedcomputations Revenue gap etc. are of no importance except as a background to the decision taken.
