Question of grant of an Honorary Rank of Col. to His Highness the Maharaja of Kolhapur. Decision that His Highness has not done anything substantial in connection with the Indian Army after the 15th August 1947 and in view of this we need not confer Honorary Rank on the Ruler of Jokhapur.
