Grant from the revenues of the Bengal Nagpur Railway of (1) an allowance of Rs. 100/- per mensem each to the Roman Catholic Priests at Bilaspur and Khargpur for ministering to the Railway employes at certain stations and (2) an allowance of Rs. 50 per mensem to the Priest at Khargpur who ministers to the employes at Adra.
