Cuddalore Viridhacahlam Railway. (1) Decision that the Guarantee payable by the South Arcot District Baord in respect of the ------ Should not include any loss or gain to exisiting lines by the construction of the barnch.(II) Acceptence by the District Baord of South Arcot of a comprise for calculation of gaurantee under which irrespective of the actual cost of operation of the ------ the net earning of that Railway should for purposes of the guarnatee be calculated at 45 per cent if gross earning and the difference in any year between 45 per cent of the gross and the interest charges on the total capital outlay should be the amount of gaurantee recoverable from the District Board.(iii) Recovery of the sum of Rs 1,12,033 -15-9 ue from the South Arcot District Board as Guarantee ion the above basis for th eyear 1928 -219 to 1932-33.
