Proposal to sell certain obsolate (Urdu) books in the Stocks of the Osmania University to purchasers in Pakistan. Suggestion that the University may be done through local Booksellers and that the University may present a let of these publications to other Indian Institutions like Jamia Milia and Aligarh University.
