(1) Selection of the Lunatic Asylums at Poona and Naupada in the Bombay Presidency to be asylums to which any Magistrate or Judge exercising jurisdiction within the Hyderbad territory may send lunatics (2) The Superintendent of either of the said asylums authorised to receive and detain therein any lunatic so sent thereto.
