Inter- Dominion Conference held at New Delhi on the 3rd & 4th May, 1948 to discuss- (1) Payment by India to Pakistan of a lump sum of Rs. 6 crores to set up ordinance factories, (2) Payment of the balance of 5 Crores out of 75 Crores allocated to Pakistan`s Share of Cash Balances. (3) Payment of pre- partition outstanding liabilities.
