Exemption of Govt. Servants whose salary has been reduced under rules made for effecting a temporary reduction in pay or as a result of voluntary surrender from payment of income tax and super tax imposed by the Indian Finance (Supplementary and Extending) Act, 1931, in respect of income of the years 1931-32 and 1932-33 chargeable under the head ``Salaries``.
