(1) Resignation by Mr. F. W. Allison of his seat on the Legislative Assembly and nomination of Mr. R. G. Gordon of his seat on the L. A and nomination of Mr. M. Webb in his place. (3) Nomination of Mr. S. M. Bharucha in place of Mr. E. G. Taylor whose seat on the L. A. was declared vacant under Sec. 93 (2) of the Govt. of India Act.
