Letter from Mr.W.Larkins, Accountant General, suggesting that the Import Warehouse-keeper and Naval Storekeeper should be directed to take receipts in duplicate for all deliveries of stores, and requesting an account of the receipts for such deliveries between the 30th April, 1788, and the 1st May, 1789.
