Copy of a Letter from Mr.J.E.Harington, Deputy Accountant-General, Revenue Department, to the Board of Revenue, stating that the Accounts books for 1786-87,and 1787-88 will not be completed by the 31st July, and proposing certain changes so as to make the accounts kept according to the Fasli and Orissa year correspond.
