Draft of a Letter to the Board of Trade , intimating that the complaint of the Commander of the Ravensworth with the Report of the Export Warehouse Keeper thereon will be transmitted to the Court of Directors, that their application for advance for the disbursements of the Commercial Department for November has been complied with, that in furture the monthly subsistence allowance for Mr.Walter should not be included in their applications for advances except on certain specified conditions, that Capt.Garstin of the Engineer corps at Patna has been directed to survey the Companys house at Bankipore, tht their request for the supply of redwood has been complied with, that the unappropriated certificates on account of 1787-88 may be cancelled, approving of the reduction of the Maderia wine as suggessted and the issue of certificates for rupees 1,00,000 to Mr.Prager, and mentioning the nominations, appointments and promotions made by the Board.
