Extract from a letter dated the 2nd January from the Garrison Storekeeper at Fort St.George to the President and Council of Fort St.George stating the difficulty experienced in adjusting the accounts of the landing charges of a consignment of rice sent there by Mr.Wood and enclosing two accounts.
