Letter from the Commissioners of the Court of Requests, forwarding a nomination of Commissioners for 1789, requesting the Board to apply to the Judges of the Supreme Court to exempt from serving on the juries those gentlemen who have undertaken to execute the duties of Commissioners beyond the usual period of two years, and emboyding a list of the names of those gentlemen.
