Copy of a Letter from Mr.M.Day, Collector of Dacca, to Mr.J.Bebb, Commercial Resident, requesting him to intimate the particulars of the investigation held by him in regard to Mr.Gardiners complaint and to send copies of the engagements entered into by the weavers with the Company, and desiring that the weavers may be summoned to Dacca for examination.
