Question whether seciton 25-G of the I.D. Act is attracted in the case jof temporary employees whose services were terminated when they absented themselves on 19.9.1968. Legal polsition that section 25 G would not apply in their case as termination from service did not amount to retrenchment under the I.D. Act.
