Postcript to the above letter, reporting that Almass Ali Khan has agreed to supply 500 maunds of grain daily to the troops under Col.Sir John Cumming, and that in the case of the murders and robbery perpetrated in the pergnnah of Sandila he has directed that restitution should be made to the surviving suffers.
