Letter from the President and Council of Bombay, enclosing copies of two letter from Col.Morgan in which he asks for a loan of 5 or 6 lakhs of rupees, acquainting the Board withthe arrangements made to supply him with money and the amount actually advanced to Lieut Colline, submitting the report of their enquiries respecting certain recruits landed, from the worcester, acknowledge receipts of the amount of certain deficient deliveries from the Free Marson, intimating that some of the ships under Admiral Sir Edward Hughee have been docked and sheafhed with copper, reporting the despatch of the Morse with an account of disbyursements from the Paymaster of the Bengal detachment, and transmitting two letters from Col.Morgan and the Resident at Bussoarh, respectively.
