Letter from Mr. W.Hosea requesting permission to resign the service and proced home on the Grosvenor then at Madras asking to be recommended to the Court of Directors for reappointment as soon as his business is completed and alos asking to have his resignation cancelled should the Grosvenor have left Madras before he reaches there.
