Letter from Brigadier General,Goddard, requesting the Boards instructions as to whether he is to accept the Nabob Veziers donation of rupees 15,000 to the Candahar Horse corps, intimating that the Nabob Vazier has increased the monthly allowance of the corps by rupees 3,000 and that the men have applied to him to be paid according to this increased allowance, and storngly recommending the Board to grant the application.
