Draft of a letter to the President and Council of Fort St. George, intimating that as they have frequently made large demands on the Board for moey, it is necessary that the most complete information of their monetary affairs should be known to the Board, forwarding copies of forms in which the annual accounts of the Bengal Presidency are made out, together with a copy of the above letter from the Accountant General, and directing them to adhere strictly to these forms when drawing up their annual accounts, and to submit them regularly and punctually.
