Letter from Mr. William Larkins Accountant-General intimating that the delay in the preparation of the general account books of the Presidency for 1773-79 was due to the late receipt of that year accounts from the other departments requesting the Board in order to prevent a rrepetition of this delay to enforce the delibvery of these accounts at his ofice by a certain period and remarking that he hs not yet received the accounts of the Board of Trade, for the year 1780-81.
