Letter from Mr. Philip Manington, requesting permission for Lieut Pickering to serve at Fort Marlbro as an artillery officer , intimating that infantry officers are not required there and asking the Board to draft a number of Sepoys for service at Fort Marlbro and to give orders for lading as much of the indent of military stores for Fort Marlbro as is ready on the Concord sailing on the 28th instant.
