Letter from Messrs John Fergusson and Charles Weston, enclosing certain bills of exchange, drawn on the Board by Mr. Coles, for the amount advanced to them, and requesting the Board to cancel their security bond on account of Mr. Coles engagements with the Presidency of Fort Marlbro and to return it to them with the papers relating thereto.
