Letter from Mr. James Forbes, Clerk to the Chief Justice,[ to Mr. J.P. Auriol, Secretary], infroming him that the proper way to prevent Mr. Davies, an unlicensed European in India from entering the Court as an advocate is by instructing the Company Advocate to oppose the application in open court and not by a private letter from the secretary to a Judge.
