Copy of a letter from Sir Eyre Coote to Mr. Francis Fowke, complaining against Meer Suffer Ally , the Fouzdar of Bellia for his insolent conduct towards some Spoys who were sent to the Billage be Capt. Eaton to procure provisions and requesting him to obtain from the Raja a purwanna on the Fouzdar reprimanding him for his conduct and forbidding him to allow any violence or resistant to the Company Sepoys.
