Draft of a letter to Brigadier-General Stibbert, Provincial Commander -in-Chief, approving of the arrangements made by him for the supply of ordnance to the Battalions remaining at :Dinapore and also the proposed disposition of the battalions there intimating that the Nabob Vezier has been requested to permit Capt. Plowden to send many men as can be spared from the Nabob Vizier body-guard to take service under the Company and requesting him to snd the necessary directions to Capt. Plowden.
