Letter from Mr.William Larkins Accountant General reporting those offices that have not sent in their accounts by the prescribed time and enclosing copeies of letters form the Paymaster to the 1st Brigade and the Cavalry Brigade respectively and a letter from the Paymaster to the detachment stationed at Futty Ghur.
