Letter from the Board of Trade intimating that the Egmont s freight will be complete within seven days and that they expect to be able to provide full cargoes for eight ships this season explaining why it would not be advisable to supply the Dutch with their annual allowance of saltpetre until after the close of each calendar year enclosing an account of the saltpetre supplied to the Dutch in the three preceedings years proposing an arrangement for receiveing the Dutch payments for saltpetre at Patna and requesting the services of Mr. John Lloyd.
