Letter from the Judges of the supreme Court of Judicature stating that if Chunar at the time of the passing of the late Act of Parliament was annexed to Bengal Behar or Orissa and was governed in connection with any of these provinces then the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court extends to Chunar and any person committing a crime there is subject to the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.
