Draft of a letter to the Borard of Trade asking them for their opinion on a request by the Dutch to fix a certain time for the delivery of their saltpetre requesting an account of the annual deliveries of saltpetre made to the dutch in 1774,1775 and 1776 and directing them to supply the French agents at Patna with 18,000 maunds of saltpetre.
