Letter from Mr. William Larkins, Sub-Accountant, stating that the books of the Luckipore and Chittagong factories not having arrived till after the departure of the Talbot he could not complete the general transfer from the general books to the commercial department on the 30th April, 1775; also requesting orders respecting the credit that should be given to Chittagong factory for the several sums which this Presidency has been debited for in the books of the Chittagong and Luckipore factories for 1774-75.
