Copy of a letter from the Provincial Council at Dacca, to Mr. Nicholas Grueber, Commercial Chief at Dacca, intimating that for the present any proceedings against the dalals for the remainder of their penalty bond, should be suspended, as a suit has been instituted in the Supreme Court of Judicature, by the dalals, for the recovery of the amount already paid.
