Letter from Mr. William Maxwell,Military Paymaster General, intimating that the executor of the late Mr. John Hutchinson,Paymaster of the second brigade, is willing to pay off the balance due to the Company from that gentleman, provided he receives a bond of indeminty for it, and that Mr. Henry Grant has requested that the bond for current rupees 30,000 made out in the name of Capt. David McKenzie, may be converted into separate bonds for that amount in the names of several gentleman.
