S - Directing that the Pilots be furnished with Instructions to require the Commanders of Ships to deliver their Packets etc to the Assistant Deputy Post Master at Saugor and that the Master attendant be directed to consult the Post Master General respecting any other Mode but calculating to remedy the inconvenence complained of from the delay in the delivery of Packets and Letters.
