Draft of a letter to the President and Council of Bombay promising to remit them any drafts offered at the rate of 90 sicca rupees for 100 Bombay rupees on account of the supplies of 1778-79, asking for an annual estimate of their resources and disbursements, commencing on the last May next, and requesting them to forward certain despatches in duplicate for the Court of Directors to Suez.
